There is a time when words can heal all wounds, or at least for a brief moment.
Was there a time when you were inspired to write a letter to a friend that moved them to tears?
Was there a time when you received a condolence letter that made you break out into laughter?

This is the time for you to share with us. We all get strength from each other and it is always a pleasure to see strangers opening up and letting people in to help at a time of need.
I know that I have kept a stack of sympathy cards I received that I look through often on the days where I can't imagine living another day without my mother by my side.

Share your story of a special letter of support, note or experience

Did you receive or write a beautiful condolence note that you can not get out of your mind?
Is there one you received from a distant friend that made you cry?
Is there one you received that made you laugh at a time when you thought laughing was impossible???

We would love to read it.

(ex. From my aunt, in memory of my father, to my sister)
